What Is Confidence Coaching?
Confidence coaching is a practical, goal-oriented process designed to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Unlike therapy, coaching does not explore the past or treat mental health conditions, focusing entirely on your present and your future.
Using evidence-based techniques drawn from exposure work and cognitive restructuring, coaching helps you take real action in the real world. You'll build skills, not just insight.

Seeking a Diagnosis
Coaching does not involve clinical assessment or diagnosis. If you need an evaluation or formal diagnosis, please work with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist.
Coaching Is Not Therapy
Confidence coaching is a separate and distinct service from psychotherapy. While your coach holds a clinical license as an LCSW, coaching sessions are not therapy, do not constitute a therapeutic relationship, and are not a substitute for mental health treatment.
No diagnosis will be made. No mental health condition will be treated. Coaching is not covered by health insurance and will not be billed to any insurer.
If at any point it becomes clear that a client requires clinical mental health care, the coaching relationship will be paused and a referral to appropriate therapy will be provided.
