Build Confidence Without Feeling Fake
Confidence coaching is for people who are ready to take the next step in creating a more free and fulfilling life. If your social anxiety prevents you from making friends, dating or pursuing your passion and career, you’re in the right place.
Confidence is NOT Therapy! There is no diagnosis and it is not a treatment for severe mental health disorders.
Confidence Coaching is a practical approach that focuses on the here and now. Helping you face your fears and challenge the thought patterns that have you trapped.
This is for you if:
You’re constantly rehearse conversations in your head before or after you socialize
You constantly monitor how you’re coming across
You are overcome by fear and freeze in social situations
You avoid opportunities because you don’t want to be judged
You put on a “nice” face but never get what you want
You want to fully express yourself but are afraid to do so
Are looking for a push to keep yourself moving in the right direction
About Me
I struggled with social anxiety for the first 25 years of my life, and learned a lot along the way. I know the internal pain of the rumination, shame and embarrassment that can control your life. For many years I struggled to even order a pizza over the phone. Now I talk to complete strangers every day.
In our work together we will:
Learn how to act despite fear
Train our mind to become a friend and advocate
Set realistic goals and establish a clear path towards them
Learn to say “NO”
Explore what it means to be you, instead of performing for others
Learn how to have conversations that don’t feel forced
Identify excuses and overcome avoidance

FAQS
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is action-focused and skills-based. We identify goals, practice socializing in the real world, and measure progress. Because this is coaching, I can and will share my own personal experiences of struggling with social anxiety as well—what helped and what did not. We will not explore much of your past, nor will there be any psycho-analyzing. (If you’re dealing with severe mental health symptoms or trauma, therapy may be a better fit — I’ll tell you honestly.)
Do I need to be outgoing for this to work?
No. The goal isn’t to become extroverted — it’s to become free. For some people, that means being quiet but confident.
How long does it take?
I can’t guarantee any rate of success. It often depends on what your starting point is and how much effort you put in.
What happens on the free consultation call?
We’ll explore what your goals are and what has worked / hasn’t worked for you in the past. You’re also free to ask any questions you have about my process.
How much are sessions?
Sessions are $150 per hour or $80 per half hour. You can meet as frequently or as infrequently as you’d like.
Reminder: This is not therapy, so insurance is not accepted.
